     Hey everyone , please excuse the rough layout of my blog here. I am by no means a web designer , English Major or . fitness guru. I'm just an ordinary 56 yr old that decided one day that I was going to do whatever it took to make myself look and feel like I did when I was 40. OK so not an easy task, but what goals in life ARE worthwhile without a little blood and sweat involved, and mabey a little bit of an unrealistic result....so I thought.

     I began doing some research online about workout programs for seniors .. there I said it lol. Some of my co-workers who were 15-20 years younger were all doing either the Insanity program of p90x. Look I dont care how motivated you are or aren't there comes to a certain age when certain workouts can do more harm then good. After a little more research I came across a program called Old School New Body, and I was sceptical. Perhaps it was because I was sceptical of everything I read over the internet, especially after a google result pulled up literally hundreds of results of blogs full of testimonials of this product. 

     Could Old School New Body really be that great? Or Is Old School New Body a scam?

Well for me when I am researching a product online, I do some what of a math equation. The positive and negative comments about the product divided by the time it took to research. Hmm well Old School New Body was only going to cost me $27.00 . Which compared to most workout programs is a steal.  So I took the plunge. 

     I noticed results in the way I felt and my energy level immediately. Within 2 weeks I noticed my stomach was getting tighter and my moobs began to go back to where they came from.

Its been 7 months now and I feel GREAT! This isnt some review trying to push a product. I am the type of person that likes to help people and I know there is someone out there looking for exactly what I was. Nothing in life ever came without any type of risk. For me the $27.00 wasnt the issue here, I have spent $27.00 on alot more foolish things in my life. It was the principal. Could I do this? Or would it be just another thing to add to long list of fitness programs I tried and coudldnt or didnt complete. And I can tell you without hesitation, this was entirely different. And I am glad I and I am so grateful I made the decision to purchase Old School New Body because IT HAS CHANGED MY LIFE!
